Local Singapore shipping
Asia's Best is a company based in Singapore and as such, we are able to provide next day shipping in Singapore when our products are in stock.
This means we process your order on the day it is made and the next day, it will be sent to our logistic partner and they will fulfil the delivery either on the same day or the day after. So you can expect your product to be sent to you 1-2 days after your order.
If the product is out of stock at the moment, it will be clearly labelled as a "pre-order" and the product will be delivered the moment the stock arrives.
We also provide international shipping and the costs vary depending on the country you are ordering from. If there is not a designated localised page for your country displaying the local currency, assume that you are making an international order.
If the shipping fees are higher than expected, we will then write in to you and ask you to choose either getting a full refund, or topping up the necessary required shipping fees.
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. Asia's Best will do everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website.
We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
We offer a complimentary exchange if the products are found to be tampered with or spoilt - e.g the cup of noodles is open or the seal has been tampered. with. This is very rare. You would have to ship or drop the item at our office and inform us before you arrive and you will be given a replacement.
Returns and refund policy
If the product received is incorrect or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit back in your account according to your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
